Pizza Hut channels their inner IKEA

Happy Friday!
Welcome back to TWID — the only design newsletter on the internet that will have you leaving hungry this morning.
This was a short week in the US but that doesn’t mean we were short on design news.
So… let’s get into what happened this week in design.

Pizza Hut channels their inner IKEA
Pizza Hut has apparently grown tired of being just another average pizza joint and decided to dip its greasy fingers into the world of DIY furniture design.
An innovation that is arguably peak design, they've unveiled the Moving Box Table — a pizza box that transforms into a table (no chairs required).
It's like IKEA but with instructions that won’t drive you completely crazy.
Pizza Hut, you may have actually out-pizza'd yourself this time.
we have reached peak design

Is Dribbble’s new direction a slam dunk?
Is Dribbble back? That’s what Design Twitter is wondering.
Dribbble has launched a significant platform update, introducing a suite of features that allow designers and clients to complete entire projects within the site. The new functionality includes project requests, proposals, payments, and deliveries — all integrated into Dribbble's ecosystem.
This update represents a major shift for Dribbble, transforming it from a portfolio and networking(🥴) site into a comprehensive marketplace for design services.
Did Dribbble just pull a Michael Jordan and officially come out of retirement?
We're making it easier than ever for designers and their clients to transact through Dribbble. 🏀 Here's how:
